❌ Cancellation Policy:

  • If we receive your cancellation request before your order is processed, we’ll cancel it and refund you (minus a small transaction fee) within 7 days.
  • If the order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

🔄 Replacement & Refund Policy:

  • Damaged or Wrong Item? If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately after receiving it. We’ll work out the best possible solution! 😊
  • Important: Please do not send back any item without consulting us first. If you return the item without confirmation, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • If we’re unable to deliver your original order due to unavoidable reasons, you can choose an alternate item and we’ll ship it to you at no extra cost! 🚚
  • If you don’t want an alternate item, we’ll refund you in full with no deductions. 💸
  • Any shipping charges above what you paid to receive the item from India will be your responsibility for returns.
  • Custom-made items are non-refundable.
  • Report any damage, stains, or issues within 24 hours of receiving the item. We may ask for pictures to verify.
  • In case of an exchange, once we receive the returned item, we’ll send out the new one. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you made the payment via Credit/Debit Card or Netbanking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 7-10 working days after refund initiation.

  • Report any issues with your order, packaging, or item right away! Be as detailed as possible when filing a complaint. 📝
  • Always use registered airmail or a reliable courier to send back returns, so you have proof of delivery. If the item isn’t delivered to us, we won’t be able to assist.
  • Return the item within 7 working days of confirmation. Ensure it’s in its original packaging and condition.
  • We will examine the returned items and take necessary steps to prevent similar issues in the future.
