āŒ CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If we receive your cancellation requestĀ beforeĀ your order is processed, we’ll cancel it and refund you (minus a small transaction fee) withinĀ 7 days.
  • If the order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
  • Repeated refusal of COD might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation.

  • Damaged or Wrong Item?Ā If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact usĀ immediatelyĀ after receiving it. We’ll work out the best possible solution! 😊
  • Important:Ā PleaseĀ do not send backĀ any item without consulting us first. If you return the item without confirmation, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • If we’re unable to deliver your original order due to unavoidable reasons, you can choose anĀ alternate itemĀ and we’ll ship it to you atĀ no extra cost! 🚚
  • If you don’t want an alternate item, we’ll refund youĀ in fullĀ with no deductions (Conditions Apply). šŸ’ø
  • Any shipping chargesĀ above what you paidĀ to receive the item from India will be your responsibility for returns.
  • Custom-made itemsĀ are non-refundable.
  • Report anyĀ damage, stains, or issuesĀ withinĀ 24 hoursĀ of receiving the item. We may ask for pictures to verify.
  • In case of anĀ exchange, once we receive the returned item, we’ll send out the new one.Ā Shipping costsĀ for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you made the payment viaĀ Credit/Debit Card or Netbanking, the refund will be processed to theĀ same accountĀ withinĀ 7-10 working daysĀ after refund initiation.

šŸ“¹ UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT:

  • We recommend you to make an unboxing video while opening the parcel and inspect the product thoroughly while the video is on. Stop the video only once you are satisfied with your order.
  • The unboxing video should start from the point you are opening the parcel. Inspect your order, and show any issues in the video.
  • If there is any defect, damage, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately with the unboxing video. This helps us evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Any item damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately – but only if you send us an unboxing video.
  • An unboxing video isĀ compulsoryĀ to be eligible for the exchange of the product.
  • The defect must be clearly visible in the unboxing video to process any replacements or refunds.
